Erin C. Eurenius is delighted to help seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families at Butcher Elder Law. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2015. Her passion for elder law stems from her personal experiences with her grandmother, Helen. Erin’s grandmother helped to raise her while living with the family. Around the age of 84, Helen was diagnosed with dementia and a few short years later suffered from a stroke. Erin watched the repercussions of not planning ahead for these devastating occurrences in life. Erin went to doctor’s visits and hospital calls at 3:00 A.M. and visited the nursing home. She saw the guardianship process firsthand. She understands the stress and anxiety that a family can be dealing with during these situations.

Erin is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also a part-time instructor at Cuyahoga Community College.

Erin plans to use her personal experience and legal knowledge to understand your situation and benefit you. Her goal while practicing law is to be a helping hand through the process, easing the tensions and fears that our clients and their families may be experiencing. She will work in the areas of estate planning, Medicaid, asset protection, Veterans benefits, special needs planning, and probate and trust administration. Erin is understanding and compassionate.
