Firm Description

For 12 years, I have exclusively focused my law practice on estate planning and elder law issues.  Specifically, I focus much of my practice on asset protection trusts, planning for long term care, and special needs trust planning for individuals with disabilities or the families of individuals with disabilities.  I also assist families with Medicaid Planning when skilled nursing home care becomes a reality.
