Firm Description

Gregory J. Lederman established the Law Offices of Gregory J. Lederman in 2001 to assist clients with their estate, trust and probate needs.  Drawing upon his prior experience as an extern for the Internal Revenue Service's ("IRS") Estate and Gift Tax Division, Mr. Lederman possesses a thorough understanding of the tax implications of various estate planning strategies.  His practice focuses exclusively on the areas of estate planning, probate administration, trust administration and probate, trust and estate litigation. 

Mr. Lederman is a noted authority in the area of Special Needs Trust planning, and is frequently called upon to share his expertise with his peers at continuing education programs for fellow attorneys.
