Ms. Moragas is a partner and member of the Tax, Trusts & Probate Department of Milling Benson Woodward L.L.P., where she practices in the areas of taxation, estate planning, probate, and elder care law. Ms. Moragas earned her Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law Center. After completing her studies at LSU, Ms. Moragas attended the University of Florida and earned a Masters in Law specializing in Taxation. Ms. Moragas lectures often on legal issues involved in elder care law. Her professional affiliations include the New Orleans Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Tax Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Ms. Moragas is a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist and is a member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council, the Elder Law Task Force of the Louisiana Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc.
